[Solved]Can't forward port on my 3200ACM

I recently (today) got it working with wifi and now I want to forward a port .My build is DD-WRT v3.0-r43334 (06/04/20) . The computer in question is 192.168.1.14 and I want to forward port 55090 both udp and tcp. I opened up the port in the pcs firewall and checked it with a separate gateway( the one ISP gave me) and it was open, the program this port is being used for is transmission-gtk. So the problem isn't on the PC's side, its the Linksys that's at fault. I don't really what I can do right now, as the options for port forwarding are pretty straight forward. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance,

See my attachment with my settings. if it doesn't work it is not in your router but still in your isp's router/gateway.
