I don't think the 4MB flash routers even have that functionality? Also, 40559 is not the most recent release, and that could also be part of the problem.

I guess I need to have them move this to the top of the landing page text:

The Services - Hotspot setup page exists on my WR941ND with 4 M flash. I never used any of them, because of the device hardware limits (CPU, flash space, no USB, small RAM) and no need for this.
I would remove that stuff completly on 4M flash builds, if that releases enaugh space to get WOL back...
web search pulled up a page using dd-wrt r37305 on TL-WR841ND v11 for Hotspotsystem install, assume chillispot would work with this build too.
Never tried that, as this needs paid services or additional hardware/software/maintenance on my network for the nessesary services

Considering it is 8MB flash, perhaps. I believe that is one of the devices that requires activation, though.

It would be great if the webUI only reflected what was included due to flash size constraints. I think this is why OpenWRT is more modular this way. I haven't looked at what would be required in DD-WRT for this, but I am sure it would require specific code patches to work. _________________ "Life is but a fleeting moment, a vapor that vanishes quickly; All is vanity"
