How to access admin panel of a router set to bridged mode?

I have two WRT-1900acs routers on my network, with one of those routers set to bridged mode, while the other is the DHCP. How can I access the bridged router's admin page? I do not see an IP address for this router showing up anywhere on the DHCP's client list.

It isn't, it does not get a DHCP lease, you set it up manually and have to remember at what you set it or use angry ip scanner or the likes
