There are parts of my home that I will not be able to reach with CAT6. Best I can do is Ethernet Over Power and dual band WiFi.

What I would like is, all available paths used at the same time. e.g. EOP (100Mb) and 2.4Ghz (300Mb) is use to feed 5Ghz (433Mb or better). Not 100Mb from each, but the full load that each will carry to get (close to) 400Mb.

I can do the research and find the right settings, but right now the search area is too large. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Equipment:
DIY pfSense, AMD E-300 1.3Ghz, 4Gb RAM, 2x 1Gig NIC (I can add one more if needed)
5x AC dual band "routers" running DD-WRT

Yes, they are.

Any idea on how to mix all these paths into one big "internet of pipes"?

Have you considered running a fibre cable?

To R7800 should have enough speed between them with a 160 Mhz link over 5 Ghz.

I guess I should not have specified cable... I can't get *ANY* networking cable to a part of my house
