After the initial installation of DD-WRT, every device connects except the TV. I have tried several solutions I have found online, have restarted/re-booted all relevant devices multiple times, and have gone through the recommended settings in the wiki. The TV connected to the default linksys firmware, and connects to a mobile hotspot.
All other devices connect to the same 2.4 Ghz network with no issue. Ethernet is unfortunately not an option.

I have a Samsung smart TV connected via wifi without issues. My setup is similar to yours except I used NG-mixed and 20mhz channel width. I'm also running 42015. More details below.
My Samsung is an NU7100 with the latest firmware. It doesn't use DHCP - I have a hardcoded IP address with a static IP in dnsmasq on my router. My Samsung connects to my 1900ACSv1 instead of the 3200ACM because it is closer.
i have some sugestion with 40mhz cts protection must be enabled and i changed dtm 2 to 1 and and drop wifi low signal -128 to -100 that did the trick for me
I just went from factory to DD-WRT v3.0-r42819 std (03/30/20) on my WRT1900AC and experienced the same issue.
My Sony Bravia xbr65x900f and Fire Stick wouldn't connect to 5ghz or 2.4ghz if I used "WPA2 Personal With SHA256" and AES/TKIP. However once I changed it to just "WPA2 Personal" + AES it fixed all of my issues. I find that the range of my 5ghz is not as good as it used to be on factory though but that's a different problem..
