Some wifi clients always display signal strength as '0'

Device: WRT3200ACM
Firmware: 41491
ath0: AC/N Mixed Channel: 52 UU +6 (VHT80)
ath1: N Only Channel: 9 (20MHz)
ath2: Disabled

I notice certain wifi clients always display signal as '0' when connected to ath0 5G. The same wifi client connect to 2.4G would have signal display

The syslog do show the wifi client connected to 5G has a signal strength

This issue has been existing for a while
