After trying to install beta r42747 the router is left with all lights on and then only 1 light on in an infinite loop like that, is there any way to repair this issue

use KP's 2nd link above, scroll to tftp recovery and follow those directions. You will need to grab the original firmware file from the tp-link support website and rename the file accordingly...that should be enough info the get you back to stock firmware.

I would first try using the TFTP server method before buying a serial cable.
Follow the steps on the second link of KP's original reply.
You should be able to download the factory-to-dd-wrt file of build r42617, rename it to the correct recovery filename and tftp it to the router. _________________ FORUM RULES

it does not work for tftp server good better I keep it in a rack the cable costs almost the same as a new router good thanks for the help

use r42617 (latest werked beta build) on tl-mr version, do not use r42681 - r42819 or if will brick / bootloop your router!!!
