Hey guys,
i want to buy a new router. i can spend from around 190€ to 250€.
my interesting is for example asus AC88U.
If its dd-wrt compatible or not, it would be nice but this is not the highest priority.

i want fast speed from local clients to my NAS qnap ts-253B.
this is not the only reason to buy, but one of them.
what immportant is it should be better then the linksys ea6700.
in dd-wrt i dont get anyway more then 400-500mb/s on 5GHZ when i click on Status - Wireless.
But the router have minimum 2,5ghz 400mb/s and 5GHZ 1300 mb/s

Can please someone recommend one?

thanks for any help!

PS. My NAS have 2 LAN Ports, is it possible to use Link Aggregation on a Router or just Switch?

Okay since u said i should buy the R9000, i bought it today.
Netgear Nighthawk X10 AD7200 (R9000-100EUS/R9000-100PES).
i really would never buy such a overpriced router.......if i dont have some bitcoins Smile Laughing but i dont really like Netgear.

It may be overkill, but if you want to save money R7800 is also best supported by DD-WRT.

do you know how R9000 running on dd-wrt? should i wait till its more compatible? i dont want risk brick.
iam searching an install guide, but no results...
the good thing is it supports 802.11.ad, now i can use link aggregation for my NAS
the dimension and weight from R9000 is so heavy.
