Router ModelTP-Link TL-WDR4300 v1
Firmware Version DD-WRT v3.0-r41686 std (12/10/19)

I have quite often reboot device by itself.
1. when transferring big file in full speed using 5G
2. once a day at least it will reboot itself
3. when remoting pc to pc via 5G it will reboot as well

the reboot time is totally random. and this has been going on almost 6 months

How to solve this?

Common tip in these forums to try:
1) Document your current config settings
2) Restore factory defaults via Administration tab -> Factory Defaults; reset button 30/30/30; or SSH/Telnet CLI "nvram erase && reboot"
3) Enable Syslogd and Klogd. Post logs after the issue occurs.

there is not much to work on here. Another option would be to try a different build

To share your entire log file(s), you may need to use post attachments if you have the permission to do so in this forum or preferably you may share the file via an external link to a well known file sharing service like GitHub (https://github.com)

Based on the portion of the log posted thus far, it looks fairly routine and normal startup like my TL-WDR4300's log.

You need to isolate the problem

1. disable 5G WLAN, use 2.4G for a day and check if this has affect on the reboots (system crash), if it is still crashing disable WLAN completly and perform stresstest by heavy downloading/using wired connections.

2. avoid PPPoE usage with modem.

3. check free memory when idle and while heavy usage.

Just out of curiousity, do you have QOS enabled?
If so is it set to Lan + WLAN?

If it is, change it to wan only.

If you cannot get in, try discoonecting the WAN interface, changing it, save, apply, reconnect

i will post full log after there is crash/reboot.

it actually easy to make it reboot again just do full transferring file using 5G wifi it will drop, it means i never successfully transfer big file from one to another because this disconnection/reboot problem.

will post the log again.

Maybe it is just me, but this looks like the normal boot up. We will not get anything unless we see the log right before a reboot (such as seeing something crash)

Have you checked the power supply/cable? Do you have any small interruptions in power?

no log before crash. it just crash after loading up back i copy this log.

power supply has no problem and its new adaptor with all right Ampere and Voltage

IMHO only way to see what is going on is to go serial...
BS needs serial log...
