In my signature a link for the R7800 install guide, in there is a link to old builds from Kong not sure if it is still working.
BS builds for my R7800 are fine, performance problems seem solved in latest builds (might have a look in the performance section of the R7800 install guide) _________________ Routers:Netgear R7000, R6400v1, R6400v2, EA6900 (XvortexCFE), E2000, E1200v1, WRT54GS v1.

FWIW: The build in the test folder from that link:
ftp://gakinaction.ddns.net/Kong%20PTB/3-23-2019/K3-AC-IPQ806X/
is 39000M from 3/2/19.
I haven't figured out what build the "stable" is.
Not going to flash it to find out |

Router Model: Netgear R7800
Status: Working
Errors: None
First time ever flashing a router with something other than a stock firmware update.
I read through the install wiki, the peacock thread, etc. I used the R7800 install guide posted by egc at https://forum.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=320614.
Many thanks to all of you involved for sharing your expertise and hard work with us mere mortals.
Will probably try upgrading to a more recent BS version soon. Right now I'm having fun kicking the tires on this thing... |
