I can trigger the problem just by installing any build after r40009 on my wrt1900acs. I realize that doesn't help you at all which is why I kept testing various things.
Disabling all wireless did seem to stop the loss of GUI from occurring but nothing shows up in the system log when it happens. My router crashes in new builds when first setting up and enabling wireless security. I just use basic WPA2 and AES and the router crashes when clicking Apply. When I lose the GUI it's almost as if the router is firewalling all httpd attempts.

My 3200ACM is a WDS STA
Maybe mwlwifi or 88W89648 firmware (just a guess)

Been running 41418 on my WDS Station 3200 for over 24 hrs. No GUI loss.
Upgraded Master 3200 r40009 -> r41459 Had to apply index page to get Internet but this is not new. The only build that upgraded and connected was 41418.
Will monitor closely to see if GUI loss occurs now that there are two routers on recent builds. _________________ Starlink & DSL -> TPLink TL-R470T+

Under Access Restrictions, when I set either an IP or a MAC address to block internet access to during a set period during the day, 8:45am-3:30pm it works. It blocks access to the one system I want blocked.
What also happens is other systems when trying to login to accounts via https sites like vehicle gps tracking for my fleet and logins to supplier pages by any other users on the whole network seems to be blocked.
Even I do not specify any system in the list but simply have the WAN access restriction option enabled, it's blocking all https:// website logins.
As soon as I disable the feature, https:// logins work again.
