What are your cipher settings? if you're doing 256 or more your going to eat all your CPU and lose throughput. I know BS made some changes recently to ciphers; but, I don't run VPN on the router- rather locally on the PC for throughput reasons. You should be able to max out around 100mbps on PIA, Occasionally I can do better, but most of the time I am around 75-100mbps. Maybe someone can chime in on the recent cipher changes BS made and what works best.
I also don't know if BS set the smp_affinity to cpu 1 vs CPU 0 for IRQ's 255 & 258 on the latest builds and I'm traveling for work so I can't easily look; sorry.

cause udhcpd is gone, dnsmasq is the only dhcp/dns server, leaving the user with nothing at all will create chaos for inexperienced users _________________ LATEST FIRMWARE(S)

Gui update over 41027 without reset.
Been up ~24 hours.
All I use is working fine.
set CPU "on demand":
for CPUFREQ in /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/cpufreq/scaling_governor; do [ -f $CPUFREQ ] || continue; echo -n ondemand > $CPUFREQ; done
Samba still needs "stopservice samba3 && startservice samba3" to work for me.

Saw a similar thing last week when I updated wndr3700v4 to 41027.
Kinda makes your sphincter tighten up a little for a minute.

That is odd. I haven't had any troubles with samba in long long time.
You must have other stuff going or some crazy partition/format that is causing a race condition with its startup .... just wondering
my:
EA8500 = ext4
WNDR3700v4 = ext4
WRT160NL = FAT32 ... just cause poor thing ain't got nothin else
They are all good after reboot or whatever

Oh @BS... Noticing some weird openvpn sudden "Open Wait" with this build, requiring me to reboot the router tick untick OVPN to get it to connect success (I have a kill switch set up) It's happened twice in 12 hours... Maybe I should reset?
