Speedtest scores are great using HFSC/FQ_Fast on wired.
Also just fine on wifi. There still is some room for wired latency improvement, but I am happy for my purposes. I know that Tatsuya will think this is still not great latency... I am convinced some of this is Comcast and I have no control over it. Harware wise, I am running the best possible stuff: MB8600 cable modem, R9000 router.

but either would always give shitty D bufferbloat
finally said WTH and went back to my real computer

what hardware is that on? that browser cpu score is absurdly low even if the bullshit timer precision things are enabled in browser. _________________ LATEST FIRMWARE(S)

If I do "nvram set http_enable=1 && reboot" httpd shows up in top but WebIF still doesn't respond.

As far I can tell router works OK with it's old settings, but... Without WebIF I don't know how to configure the router and I don't know if I could access it via telnet after a hard reset, so perhaps I will downgrade to r40932.
Both are identical machines, and yea both have 10 GB RAM.
Both have two HDs with Linux on one & winders on the other.
One machine stays on Debian mostly all the time and the other stays on WIN10 most all time
Router Model: TP-Link ARCHER-C7 v2
Status: Not good
Errors: Enabling QoS still causes memory leak (Free Mem only 4%), I've updated the following ticket with some kern.warn messages that might help in resolving the problem:
https://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/6798
Edit: On recent builds every time i start a session using WinSCP or Putty the attached maessage pops up!! _________________ Routers:

I downgraded to r40932, webif works again. For the sake of experiment I nvram reset it to find out if I could connect via telnet before setting a user & password via WebIf -> no, it refuses to connect. So, good thing I didn't reset on r41027, only way out would have been TFTP to factory firmware.

I reseted TL-WR841ND v11 with r41027
Now i get connection refused.. don't know what to do.
The only thing I see, and you won't know it unless you check that its running, is the ovpn server
WILL NOT startup after making cipher change unless you 'Apply Settings' twice or reboot.
and yea, I waited plenty long enough on it.
AND
Now that I think 'bout it, that has been a little issue for a while ....ANY change made in webif to the ovpn
you must hit 'Apply Setting' twice. I'm thinking this is noted in some other posts also regarding DD-WRT ovpn client
