I'm running r40900 on WRT3200

I'm connected to NordVPN through OpenVPN
I have USB HDD, Nas, DLNA, SMB and transmission running

When the router boots, I have a stable connection, but as soon as I add a torrent to Transmission, I can't access the internet from connected devices(still access to LAN). The torrent keeps downloading. Windows says that it cannot get proxy settings.
Sometimes the connected devices recovers connection after a while.

I have noticed that i get this
"Port Forwarding State changed from "Starting" to "???" (port-forwarding.c:90)"
Also the port isn't mapped on the UPNP page. UPNP is activated.

It does not help to stop Transmission.
It helps to reboot router.

Any ideas what could cause the problem?
And also is it possible to get port forwarding in transmission to work?

I have figured out that the internet connection comes back, if I restart openvpn service.
And after that, I can add torrents without failure.


I also get priodical dropouts, that I can fix by restarting openvpn
So is there anyway to automatically restart openvpn?

Transmission probably restarts the firewall in the process you loose the firewall settings of the VPN
