Error on File Format. It says it is an IMG formation, but is showing as a BIN file format, so I don't know why this is saying it is wrong????

The webflash bin is used for upgrading once already on dd-wrt.
Use this file. http://www.desipro.de/ddwrt/K3-AC-Arm/dd-wrt.K3_R6250.chk
