I've used Access Restrictions in the past to restrict Internet access for specific devices. I recently got a new router and haven't been able to get Access Restrictions working on this one.
I'm using a TP-Link Archer C9 with DD-WRT v3.0-r40189 std (07/04/19). It's configured as a Gateway.
Access Policy 1 is set up with the MAC Addresses in question and is enabled to Deny Everyday 24 hours.
The devices can still access the Internet, though.

access restriction policies are only working when i disable openVPN client on dd-wrt
if i enable openvpn client then all access restriction policies are bypassed
