USB over IP setup instructions?

Hi folks,

I'm trying to figure out how to use the USB over IP ip feature. Can someone point me to instructions or guide on how I can get it to work? Is there a client software/driver that I need to install on my windows pc to access the utilize the USB device attached to my DD-WRT router?

I appreciate the google search, which I've already done and read thru before I posted here. None of those really tells me how to use USB over IP option (I do see using it for storage and printer, those are not what I'm trying to do). Are you telling me that utilizing the windows usb over ip client, I can connect to a usb connected to ddwrt? Thanks!
