GUI upgrade from 40443 no reset

Enable Qos still breaks PBR.
Not testing UDP Forwarding.
All else is good.

I try to update the build since build 20/06/19 and always lose connection with the cable, but wifi works.

The most stable for me is 06/20/19

Kernel: Linux 3.18.140 #48512 Mon Jul 29 05:49:28 +04 2019 mips
Status: 2.4 and 5 GHz WAPs for Edgerouter X, 2.4 and 5 Guest VAPs on br1, Roku3 and Ooma VOIP on ethernet.
Reset: No
Issues: None

This build also seems to works on my backup Trendnet TEW-824-DRU (same SoC and radio hardware and same 16MB/128MB flash/memory as the Archer C7 v2 in a smaller box with all internal antennas). Flashed without incident, and the 2.4 and 5 GHz WAPs and VAPs come up fine. Still no Wireguard for this router though. Bummer.
