Webflash upgrade process has completed successfully on my WRT1900ACS V2 but it restored the previous firmware release back automatically after the reboot.
I too am unable to make it work... my 3200 with nordvpn connects to everything except those listed on the PBR list. If someone has a similar setup and is successful, please let me know, cuz I'm a real beginner. So again, thanks to BS and all. I've gone back to 6-27-19.
working pretty good for me, went to both partitions just fine as well from the GUI. used firefox. _________________ Downloads:

Just discovered r40352 BROKE my connected NAS Drive...Verified by switching to r40134 and was working fine. Reflashed partition1 to r40134 and NAS restored to working order...So back to r40134 on both partitions. Will advise BS via ticket... _________________ WRT1900ACSv2
Seems that R40134 is the most stable current release. Until there's a really compelling reason to upgrade, I'm staying where I am. _________________ Router: Linksys WRT1900ACSv2

I tried the 07/16/2019 version. Failed. All worked well until I enabled OpenVPN. The VPN connected but no DNS services worked. No DNS requests succeeded. Reverted back to 40134, the 6/27/2019 version. All working properly. I will try the next version. _________________ Netgear R9000

I don't mean to be captain obvious, but is the flash memory smaller on the 1900, therefor causing these assorted issues with the 1900's? Flash size becoming too big? Or is something else going on?
The wrt3200acm and wrt32x are not affected by the partition 2 smaller size problem as they have double the flash size of the wrt1x00 series (256MB vs 128MB).
40352 size for wrt1x00 is the same as the last few builds so no change on the partition 2 problem.
