Hello. I flashed my ac87u rev a2 with ddwrt but i can't fiqure out why my internet isn't working. I've tried few different builds (latest and few older ones from 2018). It does show my real wan ip but can't ping anything nor resolve. Wan light is also red. Previously been with merlin 384.12.

What im missing here?

Okay i tried to reset my 4g modem to factory settings. And i left default settings which gives me NATed ip address and leaves me double NATed but Connection works with ddwrt. But when i change my modem to bridge mode that passes public ip i get no connection again. I tried flashing merlin back to test my old setup and it doesn't have any issues working with public ip. My isp doesn't require any special settings and im free to use any gear i want.

Is this game over?

Is there a difference in WAN MAC addresses between Merlin and DD-WRT? That would be the only thing I can think of that would break it.
