Prolly just whatever works good for your setup and suits you Laughing
my main router, EA8500, 2.4 = 181 and 5GHz = 193
my two WDS bridges (one is broadcom 54G routers other is atheros N routers) that have been up for years
and only bridged to each other with only wired WAPs and other wired clients.
all their 'Beacon Interval' set at 983
Cool

Here is what I have been using and think should be added to the wifi best settings wiki:

https://www.dslreports.com/forum/r14241618-Theory-on-Optimizing-a-802-11-Beacon.

Which ever radio you want to pick up first should have the shorter interval. I am using 163 on 5ghz and 191 on 2.4ghz.
DTIM=2

Here is a list of prime numbers:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_prime_numbers

The theory is that if you use a prime number, the statistical probability of ever overlapping with a neighbor, or your own beacon on the other wifi radio in your own router, never occurs.

this is perfect, let me study first!!!

if on 2.4ghz i have 6+ devices but all devices only smart home devices, and <6 clients for 5ghz

what is your recommendations? for the settings?

As suggested above, pick some values and see how they work in your environment. The DSLREPORTS link helps answer your question too...

The Beacon default is 100ms (I would use 101 to be different from neighbors). The DTIM default is 2 (I don't change it)

I use this formula that I made up as a reference...
75ms * (1+#VAPs) + 1 = Beacon Interval

On my 2.4Ghz Radio I have 2 VAPs with Beacon at 226
The 5Ghz Radio has 1 VAPs with Beacon at 151
