Also try a different browser and/or clear your browser cache.

Do not turn the word in my mouth. I resetted the device and went form stock fw (ip 192.168.1.1) to dd-wrt r32170 and the default ip afterwards was 192.168.11.1, period.

I read dannyckp's posting that (s)he is not able to login to 192.168.1.1 after flashing ddwrt and I told my experience, which might be useful. Not more, not less.
