I have a set-up where I have my primarey router that broadcasts the internet. Its a Router that my carrier provided from Humax.
Then i have a repeater set. It is a WRT610n from cisco with dd-wrt SVN revision 14929 mega pack.
I am using these settings:
Automatic Configuration - DHCP
Local IP address - 192.168.0.2
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
DHCP type: DHCP Server
Wireless mode: Repeater
All the settings matches perfectly to my main router.
wl0.1
Different SSID, but same security settings.
On security tab Firewall is disabled and only Filter multicast is checked.
My dd-wrt router repeats the internet with no problem, everything works well, but after some time, its IP changes to 0.0.0.0. When I had an Aris router from my carrier everything were working well.
I checked the forum in many posts about repeater, also the wikipedia and the internet and i can't find any information about that.
Any help will be very appreciated.
