Sitecom WL342 v2 Kernel panic VFS: Unable to mount root

Hello, I hope you guys can support me. I'm trying to upload firmware for my Sitecom WL342 v2 router but in certain part it do Kernel panic and reboot.

I have tried almost all "firmware.bin" v3.0 [Beta] Build versions of 3.0 from this website but same issue.

Chipset RT3052
Requires ESR-9752 firmware

Also did:
Unlock firmware.bin file at file proprieties.

Set the router IP to 192.168.99.9
Set your PC IP to STATIC 192.168.99.8

Router config: DHCP off, Wifi off

TFTP Apps tried: Solarwinds.Net TFTP Server, Tftpd32 by Ph. Jounin

I'm using Windows XP Home Edition SP3 x86

I also follow all steps in link below and tried the firmware but mine it's not same Product Name: ESR-9752 and have ASIC 3052_MP2:
