I've installed DD-WRT several times in the past and never had an issue but today I installed it on a Linksys WRT32X. I put in the static IP information and as soon as I did the wired connection to 3 different computers worked perfectly.

However WIFI devices would not connect. They see the Network, they see its secure (I tried many different security types), but when any device tries to initiate a WIFI connection it says it cannot. Tried from 3 different computers and 3 different phones (and one printer).

I attached the Settings for WIFI on the DD-WRT, do you guys see anything wrong?

These questions are better answered in the appropriate forum which is Marvell in your case.

Some things to try:

Use only AES as WPA algorithm NOT TKIP+AES

Do not use Auto channel but always choose a channel number

Do not use a space in the SSID name, just letters and numbers

BTW always state the buld number of your firmware, there might be bugs in some firmware builds

DD-WRT works extremely well on the WRT32X, period!

You never said what DD-WRT version you are running. I suggest r40009 which is a solid build.

Some suggestions...

1. Do not use AUTO for channel selection
2. Do not include spaces in SSID
3. Use WPA2 Personal (AES)... but not TKIP
4. Try Mixed AC/N

I would not advise attempting to go back to stock on this router, unless you kept the original stock partition. It is possible, but fraught with danger for the novice. Read the sticky.

Interesting feedback.. I've seen the 32x very cheaply in some places.
