I welcome everyone
Last weekend, I bought linksysa 6900 v2. And I'm trying to put dd wrt on him. Unfortunately, the instructions for versions 1 and 1.1 do not work. Could someone describe the procedure to v2.

The linksys EA series are locked so you can not load third party firmware. You could try some of the tricks to circumvent this from earlier versions see the guide in my signature.
Let us know if and how you succeed.
I'm in with the hardware and am also intereseted in a propper version of wrt! I tried already the v1 and v1.1 "tricks" but they don't work because the v2 has another chipset. I'll try further and will let you know if I find something.

What part of this did you not comprehend from the other thread? EA6900 v2 is NOT supported by DD-WRT. Homework on router detection or hardware donation required.
I recently got a new EA6900 and as it turns out it was the newer EA69900 V2. Although I thought that it wouldn't be possible, I flashed to 1.1.42.16... without luck. Flashing process went well but the router didn't boot up, so I had to reset....
My question: is there a way to get dd-wrt on it or should I send it back?
Thanks a lot!
jim
EA6900 v2 is a MediaTek, not currently supported by DD-WRT.
