You should post/ask questions about that router in other forum.

Finally got to the site today to deal with this:

vibranto wrote:

Router/Version: Netgear WNDR4300
Firmware: 39800
Previous: 35034
Mode/Status: WAP & DHCP
Reset: No
Issues/Errors:
Came up 100% fine after upgrade
Ran for 1.5days fine - should have made it through 1 nightly reboot without problem.
    No wifi lights on
Clients see network but cannot connect
    Power down reboot no difference.

DNSmasq failing at startup for some reason, causing ntpd to fail, causing nothing to work on the DHCP/DNS front.
httpd and ssh responding fine so I could dive right in and see no dnsmasq and no ntpd running.

Log entries that were applicable...

Had a quick look and "dnsmasq for DNS" was not checked. Which is odd because I normally use it... And odd because router worked fine before upgrade... but....

It is true - the resetPITA police can get their pitchforks and torches because I did not do a full reset... so... maybe something got borked...

Checked that off and ran a couple reboot cycles, and consistently seems to come back up and happily give out numbers and resolve names for friendly clients. All is well again...
