fdisk -l output help please !

Folks trying to setup my ftp directories again after a reload of DDWRT. Running R7800 with Kongs latest stable version.

Can someone please explain what the following output is when running an fdisk -l please. Specifically the /dev/mtdblock partition table. Never recall seeing these issues before
