Under wireless basic settings the Virtual access point ATH0.1 is missing.
It is showing under the Wireless Security section
Virtual Interfaces ath0.1 SSID
It is also Working just fine, IT is just missing from the wireless settings page. lol
I am not sure if it was missing in the previous firmware or not i only noticed this because i went to see if beam forming was working or not.

WRT1900ACv1: WIFI: 2.4ghz: NG-mixed, 20mhz channel width, channel follows AP, WPA2-CCMP-128.

The bugs had only happened at Client Mode with ath0 since 20/06/2018 to 25/04/2019.
If we need to connect the wifi-ap can browser the internet. those functions must be disabled. The other type of Marvell routers did not happen before. I do not know the reason if anyone can tell us the reasons that it is the best.

3. Recursive DNS Resolving (Unbound)
4. Forced DNS Redirection
The conquence is that the client cannot signin the webui after reboot with Lan Port 1 to 4
After the client mode of ath0 success to wifi-ap.
The client devices cannot connect or reject from ath1. Due to the mac address of ath1 and ath2 are using the same address. Most of the devices only can connect to ath2.
ath2 has a problem due to the signal is weaker than ath1 when using power 20dbm. If using 30dbm for connection may cause router unstable. For instance, wrt32x cannot signin to webui such as https://192.168.1.1.
Then, if ath1 is disabled, ath2 also is disabled.
I tried to seperate and assign with different mac address with command startup but it does not work.
I recommand DD-WRT disable ath1 function. The reason is ath1 cannot use when client mode. Although it is a beta test version.
Finally, the speed of command was executed very slow when startup. It needs to spend around 5 minutes.

Windows 10 Pro en-us 1809 Connection
If Web Access Protocol is only enabled "HTTPS", it cannot connect to 192.168.1.1 excepting "HTTP" and "HTTPS" are enabled.
Android Phone Wifi Connection
If Web Access Protocol is only enabled "HTTPS", it can connect to 192.168.1.1.
VAP function is disabled. It may be change the interface.
