r39575M on my EA8500 working well. Its in Setup > Tunnels on the R7800. Then in the dropdown select Wireguard. If it is there. I don't own a EA8500 so I can't guarantee it has it.

low speed issues especially with R7800 (witch has the specs) are very often due to a bad settings or ISP problems...plz revise your settings or find a way how to set it up ....correctly mine is fine it hasn't been bad at all...never...

hmm about this congestion control settings i always use VEGAS whatever else i tried my torrent speed's go bad..
but i do agree CUBIC is the most used on the modern systems...

Running this latest on 2x R7800s in AP mode. My main R7800 is back to the 03/02/2019 release...

Have I missed something somewhere about DNSCrypt Resolver list being removed from the GUI? When I upgraded my R7800 (actually upgraded from 04/02/2019 version...via ddup --flash-lastest), it seems that GUI option/list was removed from the GUI dnsmasq settings? I've made use of that list pretty often to switch up the DNSCrypt resolver... I like rotating settings for things that are ISP track-able.

Anyway, I was having some DNS issues, and that is why I noticed it. (issues were first noticed on a Windows machine...still haven't ironed it out...issue is that ipleak.net suddenly stopped showing ANY DNS servers and errors out with 100 errors. This is from any machine on my network, whether it is running thru a VPN or not.)

Also, my SNMP monitoring tool stopped working as well. Confirmed that switching back to the 03/02/2019 build seems to have fixed that issue. (and I know it worked on 04/02/2019 build as well.) I use that tool to watch eth0 on the main R7800 to keep watch on overall throughput.

yeahuh did that to me yesterday but just checked again 2 minutes ago and they is all good now.
I promise you there has been nothing wrong with my DNS for very long long time..... EA8500 r39575M

scroll down towards bottom of page and click the 'Initiate Standard DNS Spoofability Test'
You have to wait several minutes for it to do it's thing then it will tell you what's what.
Of course what I use says 'Excellent' for all Razz

yep i did noticed too ipleak.net was not working as intended...did a few looks here and there it was not my TV broken it was the other end https://www.dnsleaktest.com/ was showing a proper results and all is good... no problem on the router side...

by the way is the new KONG builds for R7800 missing DNScrypt...? What are the alternatives? I didn't managed to make stubby and DoH to work via entware, so will be there DoH or DoT implemented..? There are good solutions like DoH very small proxy script that i guess could be implemented or other varieties...
DoH is not as good as DNScrypt but at least is something...
Is only the GUI list of DNScrypt servers option removed?
Could DNScrypt still be set via start up script as i usually do...??

Yea, it ain't on the EA8500 r39575M and DNScrypt is no long on BS builds either on the EA8500 ... well it aint on BS test build r39615 std (04/23/19). I also used DNScrypt for a while but usually always went back to using unbound..... but for several weeks now I been only using some OpenNIC DNS servers. Ones that also do DNSSEC. I never worry much about DNS as long as it always works and I get where I want to go without issue.
As long as I have DNSSEC then I call it good Razz

I use 5 dnscrypt servers between two r7800s. I haven't tested this build. But I would check Kong's Bootstrap if the dnscrypt modules can be downloaded.

ipsec server doesnt work anymore, tried it after a long time. followed guide on kong's site, says server didnt respond on iphone. logs are full of crap too.. also cant download certs from webif, says server not found so i attempted to take them out of jffs manually..
