Thanks!! @technoside2,
i've changed my usb-ttl and get it work and flashed as per your recommendation fw from Kong.
But. i have new roadblock, as per my isp using vlan trunk and i need to tagged specific vlan. tried to search in the forum all said that need to configure via cli. Can't get it work via GUI. Is this true with Kong Fw?
I don't use VLAN tagging, So I'm not sure how to do that. You'll have to research on the forums here to find out. _________________ WRT54GL v1.1 - Flashed

Here the cfe, after flash you should able to flash r36695 base on 09/19/2018.
feature:
* Able to cross flash from ea6400, ea6700 or ea6900.
* Able to test ddwrt or xvortex-asus or koolshare even back to stock.
* Free from bricked (die-hard ea6350 router ).
* reduce power transmitter when not transmit data up to 50%.
note:
1.Hold wps for over 3 seconds until led flash for internal erase nvram.
2.Hold reset button for over 3 seconds until led flash rapid for upload new fw.
Thanks to vortex and ddwrt for solutions.
Does anyone know what the difference between deslatha's CFE and LOM's CFE on page 4 is? Just trying to figure out which one to load. Also, LOM's instructions talk about tc_passphrase, tc_ssid and uuid_key. Are these required or are they really only for the stock Linksys firmware?

I was on the latest build from linksys before I flashed dd-wrt. I have a EA6350 v2. I assume this means I'm still on the stock CFE. I have not tried flashing anyone's CFE unless it's included with Kong's builds. the V2 requires a Serial connection for me to look at the CFE, and it's not easy to access without moving my router around. A few post's up you can see I took a picture with my phone and I think it has the CFE listed. Good luck flashing !! _________________ WRT54GL v1.1 - Flashed

Hi Guys!
I am using Kong dd-wrt with xvortex CFE for ea6350v1 but I forgot to buackup the original CFE of Linksys firmware.
But I have many parameters of the original CFE of linksys stock firmware.
Can you share me your original CFE of ea6350v1 to edit!
Thank you!

the original cfe doesnt have much in it; it references the devinfo partition which xvortex and deslatha cfe's get rid of (at least they did on mine)
the original cfe is in this thread up above, and here is mine.
good luck.
i'mhaving trouble with boot loop with deslatha cfe; i cant get a ttl=100 response long enough to upload firmware.
how is yours going?
What version you have V1 or V2 ? and what FW are you running ? I just did a quick test from my iphone on my 2.4 ghz band and I'm getting 8 mb's down and 7 mb's up. I think 2.4 b/g network is only a max of 11 mb's for transfer rate.. _________________ WRT54GL v1.1 - Flashed

I have a ea6350 v2 so far it's been pretty stable. Every time I reboot the 2.4ghz wireless looses it's security settings .. I just re-apply and save after reboot. not a big deal. overall it's pretty stable. really good 5ghz speed. _________________ WRT54GL v1.1 - Flashed

Thanks! I see from earlier in the thread you ran Kong 38100M for awhile. Was it a good build for you? Do you have a link to it by chance?

I have the exact same problem. Is anyone working on a solution or is there any known workaround for this 2.4ghz wireless config issue?
I even tried to create a script to re-apply settings at boot time but I was unable to identify which commands are run when we click on "apply settings". Everything I tried failed.
