You broke it good.
R9000 main here with 4 R9000 AP's feeding it with DHCP forwarding. Single subnet all working well for a year.

Under the Additional DNSMASQ options, Do Not Set Cache Size to 2048, it's already 2048 and throws an error and kills DHCP.
