Kong's DD-WRT test build DD-WRT v3.0-r39345M kongac (04/03/19) has been released: http://desipro.de/ddwrt/K3-AC-Arm/TEST/

Kong uploaded a new build with same date and version number, NAS page buttons are working now

Changes see: https://svn.dd-wrt.com//

Problems and workarounds:
1) When VAP is not working at boot; workaround startup command:
sleep 10; stopservice nas; stopservice wlconf; startservice wlconf; startservice nas;
2) Aternative way to get VAP working: https://forum.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=317181
3) An other user reports the following workaround (save as startup):
sleep 4; stopservice cron; stopservice wlconf; wlconf eth1 up; wlconf eth2 up; startservice cron;
https://forum.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=319412
4)This one is from @Redhawk (guaranteed to work Wink ):
sleep 20; stopservice nas; wlconf eth1 down; wlconf eth2 down; wlconf eth1 up; wlconf eth2 up; startservice nas

Your reports for Broadcom units are greatly appreciated !

This build thread is for reporting successes and problem with loading this experimental test build. This is important info for developers and users. Always state your hardware and SPECIFIC build (e.g. 29440_NEWD-2_K2.6_mega-nv64k.bin). Do not ask questions about your specific router or how to configure it in this thread; create your own thread to discuss any specific problems you have or need resolved. Please also do not respond to such questions. This thread is to report info, not to seek it. Posts that do not add to understanding this build will be deleted. Make sure you know how to flash properly and the risk before using this build. It is important to adhere to these requirements, to keep this thread from becoming impossibly long and useless. If you don't know what build to flash and how to flash properly and have a means of recovery if things should go wrong, do NOT flash this experimental test build.

Router Model: Netgear R6400v2, board_id: U12H332T30_NETGEAR

Firmware Version: DD-WRT v3.0-r39345M kongac (04/03/19)
Kernel Version: Linux 4.4.177 #647 SMP Wed Apr 3 00:31:14 CEST 2019 armv7l

Upgraded: from DD-WRT v3.0-r38580M kongac (02/05/19) via ddup --flash-latest
Reset: No not this time

Status: Up and running for 2 hours, basic setup as Gateway, static leases, OpenVPN client (on PIA) with Policy Based Routing up and running, 2,4GHz, 5Ghz USB storage NAS and miniDLNA working, OpenVPN server working.

Errors: Yes
1. OpenVPN with Policy Based Routing does not forward HTTP(s) traffic to the PBR clients with SFE on see: http://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/5900
2. DNS leak see: http://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/6020
3. OpenVPN client Firewall is not working when enabled in GUI: https://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/6332#comment:6
4. I quickly tested an unbridged VAP without workarounds and it appears to work. Is it realy fixed?

There is a solution, to the PBR not working with SFE, @Quarkysg has made a patch for the shortcut-fe module (see: http://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/5986#comment:17 ).
He also compiled a shortcut-fe.ko module for testing (Arm/Broadcom , Linux 4.4) see: https://www.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=1107870#1107870 , I am running that patched shortcut-fe.ko module right now and it is working with PBR.

Big Thanks to Kong and BrainSlayer and other devs!!

Kong really glad we have a new build from you!

I guess i better wait for a patch version before flushing it(not that i'm using NAS though),i just remember the last build before this one had some problems and <Kong> patched it,and i had to reflash after.

Syslog was filling several pages of those.
I disabled my adblock file on the main router and seems to have ended it.
I only enabled the adblock file a couple days ago and this router has been powered off for several days so I do not know when it really started.

I also have miner block running on Chromium sooooo...

That is exactly the opposite of what your adblock file suppose to do.If that domain was blocked there you wouldn't see all those dnsmasq's entries in the log.But i'm not gonna argue(due to bad experience in past from some individuals) so i'd say whatever works.

Am I wrong or does the file in the test folder have a newer time stamp?
I downloaded it and it has a different md5 from the one I loaded this morning.

There is a missing option in 5Ghz Wireless: Optimize Multicast Traffic
When enabled the speed tests were showing better results and everything seemed faster.
Not sure why they got rid of it.
There is now new option there:Multicast to Unicast
Can anyone enlighten me do i even need this enabled. Are there any benefits? Thanks.
