General questions to VLAN & WIFI Functions

Hi,

I'm still doing my first steps with the vlan configuration and reset my first setup.
So I have some Newbie- Questions.

Is it possible to setup the following thing:
I like to setup only one WIFI on my ddwrt and the two notebooks which connect to this wifi get a different vlan tag. which i like to setup on the notebooks wifi card.
Is this a good setup, or is it better to setup two wifi each with one vlan?
What's the difference here?

Second question is it possible to setup a repeater bridge with working vlan configuration on one device?
