Hello!

Do you know if DD-WRT has default setup, or easy setup for this:

Failover to next server from a list, same VPN provider. (please see picture.)
Move to next server if internet connection speed is to slow.
Killswitch - if VPN server is down, turn off internet connection.

(This is a new therad, with OpenVPN and same provider)

Thank you all!

Killswitch is easy Administraton/Commands save Firewall:
Code:
iptables -I FORWARD -i br0 -o $(nvram get wan_iface) -m state --state NEW -j REJECT

This does not work for other bridges or unbridged VAP's

Failover using other VPN servers is difficult google DDWRT and @Sploit he commercially sets up VPN connections.
It can be done but needs some sophisticated scripting (is Nord not the VPN provider which requires a different certificate for each server?)

Hello!

I found out dd-wrt has something called watchdog.

That should do the job!

But one thing that i am scared of is that watchdog could make the router loop-reboot for ever if it cant get any response from example 8.8.8.8.

Does watchdog work good for you? please let me know.

Thank you.

one possible solution is to choose a country-IP from this list https://nordvpn.com/servers/ and put "remote-random" to Additional Config.
