Hi,

I'm currently having issues setting up a Repeater Bridge for my E900. I've currently both of my routers Main & Repeater with "DD-WRT v3.0-r36527 mega (08/09/2018)"

My main router is getting internet through my PC via ICS and is set with a static WAN Connection, i have it setup as this currently.

WAN IP Address: 192.168.137.2
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.137.1
Static DNS 1: 172.17.0.3
Static DNS 2: 172.17.0.2

Router IP
Local IP Address: 192.168.1.1
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 0.0.0.0
Local DNS: 0.0.0.0

My Repeater Router setup

Local IP Address: 192.168.1.2
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.1
Local DNS: 192.168.1.1

I've followed this setup
https://wiki.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Repeater_Bridge

After following this i can't get a connection for whatever reason and i have no idea what to do. I've managed to set a Repeater using a MikroTik router and had no issues, however they're expensive and don't want to buy more.
I've follow troubleshooting steps such as disabling the wireless security for the Virtual Interface and still no connection. Also when i ping 8.8.8.8 it says i get a reply from my PC's IPv4 Address but says Destination net unreachable.

Any idea? Thanks"

The first step, if you have not done already, is reboot Smile

There are a lot of problems with repeater setup on builds from the last year.

You can try the workaround:
5. VAPs not working at boot; workaround startup command:
sleep 10;stopservice nas;stopservice wlconf;startservice wlconf;startservice nas

Or go back to an earlier build maybe 35531 or 33607 look in the build threads of those before downgrading

If it's a K2.6 build after 35531, forget bothering with it. And I'm not even sure the K3X build for 35531 is 'good' for your configuration off-hand. But K2.6 builds have slowly imploded over the past couple of years or so.

Is this the correct floormat for this command or does it have to be this?
sleep 10
stopservice nas
stopservice wlconf
startservice wlconf
startservice nas

Or either one works?

Trying to keep my Repeater active.
