Help finding budget AC1750 router

I'm on a tight budget, and I found some used routers on amazon/ebay for ~30-40 USD. Two top choices that are on the DD-WRT compatible list are:
DLink DIR-868L
Linksys EA6500

I like that they have USB 3.0 and Gbit lan, but mostly I like the price.

Apartment is small, maybe 600-700 sq ft, and I'll mostly have a TV, xbox, roku, 2-3 phones, 2 laptops connected.

Any opinions on these would be helpful, or suggestions of other better options also welcome.

Netgear ac1450 or r6300v2

They're the same hardware. The ac1450 is crippled on stock firmware. I've gotten these for under $20 shipped on eBay with a little hunting. They check all your boxes. Gigabit lan, ac1750, usb3, and price. A 120mm computer fan also fits nicely on the back if you want to mod it to run cooler.

Archer A7v5 is good to 150mbps ISP speeds. I scored several on ebay for $25-$30/ea.

Are these stable with DD-WRT and fast 5Ghz?

Again, Archer A7v5 is the way to go for a cheap router that is actually decent.
