Hi,
i`m doing my first steps with vlans. Now I`m using the option multiple DHCP Server for all my vlans.
The question is how can I configure DNS Server and default gateway entries here?

How are you using the option "multiple DHCP server" in your vlan setup?

Or do I not have to configure any DNS or gateway when I`m using the bridging function of the vlans? Because I have no idea when i have to use the bridging function? Do you have any good documentation for my questions?

You mean bridging two or more interface to br0, br1 etc.

When bridged, all configuration is done on the bridge (brX) like setting IP address, DHCP servers etc.

You can also use DHCP as DNSMasq and set the DHCP options in the Additional DNSMasq field.
