nothing good to report, no fixes or improvements noticed.. basically just https://forum.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=1155533#1155533 again

-fq_codel upload is still complete shit, way below what i entered over 1.5mbps under @ 15.6mbps entered no its not overhead, wasnt always like this..(k3.18 ). and pie gets it right. increasing upload isnt the answer and runs into isp buffers, modem <--> router is fine and its doing the rate i entered, the problem is in the router <--> lan/wlan its wasting upload somewhere

-wifi latency remains crap under load

-wifi fq_codel not working

-a bunch of wifi problems were added on top of whats already here, phy rates are all messed up, tx rate usually showing 6mbps for 5ghz & 1mbps for 2.4ghz again, this was fixed long time ago. wds stations drop on rekey interval again, this was also fixed a while ago. 2.4ghz mimo refuses to work, everything connects at 1x1 rates and throughput is at 1x1 levels

-ath10k ct fw, but still no decent powersave feature set. dont know if that caused the additional above issues or if the driver was changed too and thats whats broken

hideous, forced back to r35870m sigh..

i wonder if FTM/802.11mc is supported.. probably not. hostapd is already aware of it, Extended Capabilities: 11000000 (0xC0) - octet 9 appears in beacon info

and the rates were messed for u too, so im guessing there was also a driver change then along with the ct fw (9984) that broke them rather than the ct fw itself.. (same for rekeying wds stations, was also a driver side issue)

No driver change but I added SMPS-STATIC flag, which gives basic power management, still no uapsd. Although ct firmware has also dynamic smps enabled, but didn't work.

I'm back to previous fw, and smps enabled when uapsd is on, will do some more testing, also found a way now to trace full wireless traffic.
To see what's missing.

CT also caused some other issues.

are ur mimo devices returning to mimo operation with smps-static enabled? when i tried it before they rarely returned to mimo but instead stayed at 1x1
