While trying out different ideas for connecting my Sonoff switched to 3200acm I accidentally discovered the problem of no connection.
If I disable my wifi security the Sonoff devices would connect even though they were setup with security originally. None of my other devices would now connect because they were also setup with security.
I created a new SSID (wmm enabled) on one of my 3200's and disabled security. Reset all my Sonoff devices to the new SSID without problem. All Sonoff devices working correctly. Strange effect is that on the "Status -> Wireless it does show all Sonoff devices as connected but 1M receive.
Being concerned about having an open wifi AP I tried disabling the SSID Broadcast, rebooted and all Sonoff devices re-connected without problem.
I can only conclude that major difference with 3200's is the security aspect.
I am still able to connect any other devices to the now open SSID.
