This build thread is for reporting successes and problem with loading this experimental test build. This is important info for developers and users. Always state your hardware and SPECIFIC build (e.g. 29440_NEWD-2_K2.6_mega-nv64k.bin). Do not ask questions about your specific router or how to configure it in this thread; create your own thread to discuss any specific problems you have or need resolved. Please also do not respond to such questions. This thread is to report info, not to seek it. Posts that do not add to understanding this build will be deleted. Make sure you know how to flash properly and the risk before using this build. It is important to adhere to these requirements, to keep this thread from becoming impossibly long and useless. If you don't know what build to flash and how to flash properly and have a means of recovery if things should go wrong, do NOT flash this experimental test build.

Router: Asus RT-AC3200
Firmware Version DD-WRT v3.0-r37985M kongac 12/16/18
Kernel Version Linux 4.4.167 #625 SMP Sun Dec 16 17:55:24 CET 2018 armv7l
Previous Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r37715m kongac (11/15/18 )
Mode/Status: Gateway / AP / IPsec
Upgrade Method: "ddup --flash-latest". No 'erase nvram'
Reset: Soft Reboot after ddup and then Power Cycle
Uptime: 13h10m minutes
Errors: JFFS still dismounts spontaneously and I lose IPSEC settings. Also, no ability to disable Auto-Refresh in Management settings. Setting it to '0' seconds and clicking save/apply just immediately reverts to 6 seconds.
CPU Temp 66.4 °C
Issues/Errors: Lost JFFS and IPSEC settings again
Working: VAP for 2.4ghz is fine, but I have never had a problem with my VAP like other users seem to experience here. Perhaps it's an issue that doesn't effect the RT-AC3200?
Other Details: WL0 is disabled (just don't need it). WL1 enabled with a VAP. WL2 enabled and working.
Once again JFFS has dismounted and all my certs/users for IPSEC are gone and I have to manually reconfigure IPSEC and certs again. This is getting pretty frustrating as just when I find myself at a remote location needing a VPN connection I have to configure the router, ipad and iphone again.
Also, I still cannot get my Win10 laptop configured and able to connect via IPSEC. Some sort of issue with certificates and authentication that I just don't understand. If anyone knows how a good step-by-step to configuring win10 to connect to Kong DD-WRT IPSEC, please check my post in Advanced Networking or DM me.

VAP is worst than previous version here, even the workaround doesn't always work
I used 37845M, 37900M and now 37985M and all 3 builds I had/have working VAPs. I have 2 "g-only" devices for Internet Radio listening and they have the same up time as the router which are on VAP WL0.2. Radio WL0 is setup as NG-Mixed HT40 (upper). I have a work laptop that uses VAP WL1.1 that has a company VPN and I haven't seen it drop. Radio WL1 is setup as AC/N-Mixed VHT80 (lower, lower).
Any changes to the WiFi Settings always reboot. I don't use Radio scheduling which maybe a problem too. _________________ Home Network on Telus 1Gb PureFibre - 10GbE Copper Backbone

I use VAP on both radios, both aren't working, and the workaround doesn't work 90% of the time.
On 37900M the workaround always work
