on 192.168.1.1 i have dmz to the 192.168.1.2(ddwrt router) and i can access via my dns. but i whant to access the zyxel(192.168.0.10) too but on another port: ex: 4444 via my dns

What port forwarding i need to make on router with ddwrt to can access zyxel nas from external with my dns?

What you can try is the following:
On your DDWRT router just do a normal port forward.
If the NAS is reachable on port 80 you can do a Port forward from port 4444 to 192.168.0.10 port 80

And you should be able to reach the NAS at [external address]:4444
