Change SSID of virtual interfance on command line

Hello
I created a virtual interface using web GUI.
How do i change the interface SSID using the command line.
I know that i change for the actual 2.4GHZ interface using wl as following:
[code]wl ssid $newname
wl down
wl restart
wl up[/code]

but how do i do it for a virtual interface.?
