Remote Access Outside LAN

Dear,

My DD-wrt router connected to the local wifi network via Client Bridge (Routed) Wifi
Web GUI Enabled
with port 8089

DD-WRT Local IP is 192.168.10.9
on main router i have port forwarded the port
but it still not accessible, is this the problem exist if i am not connecting my dd-wrt via WAN cable? it must using WAN in order GUI to be accessible via internet?
