I have an old Linksys WAP54G v2 with DD-WRT v24-sp2 (08/07/10) micro (SVN revision 14896). The database is under maintenance and I am unable to find the latest firmware. Can someone help me with this, please ?

I would heed the warnings in the above link.

Based on the original recommendations in that thread, I would *assume* the dd-wrt.v24_micro_generic.bin build from the following directory (where BS maintains all his latest releases) would be the correct firmware.

ftp://ftp.dd-wrt.com/betas/2018/06-16-2018-r36154/broadcom/

Specifically the following file.

ftp://ftp.dd-wrt.com/betas/2018/06-16-2018-r36154/broadcom/dd-wrt.v24_micro_generic.bin

However, as always, do your own homework, double check, and upgrade at your own risk.

Thank you. I upgraded firmware from this link ftp://ftp.dd-wrt.com/betas/2018/06-16-2018-r36154/broadcom/dd-wrt.v24_micro_generic.bin and its working fine.

Using dd-wrt.v24_micro_generic.bin, downloaded from https://dd-wrt.com/support/router-database/

And following Redhawk's instructions from https://wiki.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Linksys_WAP54G

I successfully flashed an old WAP-54G v3.1.

I was then able to configure it as a client-bridge to use as an ethernet-WiFi interface for a hackintosh, following instructions from https://wiki.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Client_Bridge

This is my first experience with DD-WRT. I like it a lot! Who would have thought that you could turn a dedicated wireless access point into a wireless bridge? Thanks very much to the developers for making this possible.
