Hello,

Whenever I restart my Linksys ea6900 router with the firmware brainslayer dd-wrt-36154-ea6900.bin my 2.4Ghz network stops running. In order for it to work again, I have to go to the -> Wireless -> Wireless Security and click in Apply. I've already changed the encryption algorithm type to AES+TKIP and it also works.

How do I correct this bug?

Please ask in the Broadcom Forum for hardware specific problems.

Note: Use AES only, no TKIP.

Thanks for answering.

But I only use AES and every time I reboot the router I have to click apply.

How do I correct this?

I do not want to click apply every time I reboot the router.

Enable syslog.

I would presume it is failing to start as dependants haven't fully initialised yet.

The log will tell.

Hello,

The log shows that the wl0 and wl1 interfaces are being started ... but they do not work at startup. More below, they are enabled again when I click in "apply settings".

nas issues were fixed in recent builds; if you're not using a VAP, try 36247, otherwise 36168.

Hello,

Thanks for the help. I was already using the brainslayer 36168 firmware and upgraded now to version 36247, but it did not work. For me this bug exists until today.
