Host-Uniq field in PPPoE client

My and many others ISPs tend to modify their implementation of PPPoE protocol to avoid the usage of custom routers, forcing PADI request to contains a fixed host-uniq tag.

In order to establish a PPPoE connection, you have to specify a host-uniq value (tipically the serial number of the device)

There is already a patch for the pppd daemon on linux and on openwrt.
I'd like to know if this feature will also be available on DD-WRT, so that I can finally get rid of the poor device provided by the ISP
