So reading the qos wiki, I ran the iptables -t mangle -vnL command and this is the SVQOS output:

Not sure why no IPs are listed, had only set the Mac addresses as priority but then added netmask,rebooted a few times, nothing changed...I do see the ip's under Filter in and out but thats it...
