Cannot connect any higher than 150mbps on 5GHz WiFi

Inconclusive. I downloaded a 100MiB (104,857,600b) test file then transferred it to usb on router. Speed on progress bar showed around 2.7MB/s (21.6Mb/s) while the clock showed 10.25 Mib/s. I believe the clock.
