I'm seldom update my firmware on RT-N18U. Last December, I updated to BS build R33772 and I notice on Wireless Basic Setting > Wireless Channel, the default is Auto. When try to switch to "1" and save it, it will stay on 1. But as soon as other menu lets say "Status" and you get back to Wireless Basis Setting > Wireless Channel, it becomes to "Auto" and there is no way you can change it, let say channel 3 or 6

I updated my RT-N18U last week to BS build R35916 and the same thing happen. Only way you can change it is to set your router to factory default.

Wireless Analyzer say on channel 1 or the last channel that you have set it.

I this a bug?

Also change your Wireless Network Mode to N*-Mixed.
